It is difficult to imagine life without cell phones. Most of us have embraced these wonderful devices and use them for so many more things than just making phone calls.


However, there has been much publicity in the media about the consequences of overuse of digital devices, mostly focusing on factors relating to addiction.

But there is also a physical downside that has become a problem in many parts of the world. It is a condition called “Text Neck Syndrome”, which refers to the strain placed on the neck from unnaturally prolonged focus on the device in your hand.
